Impact resourcing currently requires a Site Manager to look after a school refurb project in the Oldham area

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of subcontractors
• Make sure permits and paperwork are in in order
• Deal with client facing tasks such as meetings and reports

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge and experience of Managing contractors on school refurb projects
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Fire Marshall
• CSCS
